Welcome to a mission-driven journey of leadership excellence. I am Mariné Avagyan, your Leader’s Thought Partner, based in Los Angeles, California. My passion and mission are to develop the visionary leaders that today’s dynamic workplace demands. I sat in your seat as a new leader tasked with the responsibility to “fix” a system in crisis. I learned through trial and error. You don’t have to.

With over 25 years of experience and leadership within urban education systems and professional associations, I have guided and supported new and transitioning leaders to serve confidently with clear and aligned purpose and action.

My focus is on coaching new and transitioning leaders through their unique challenges, from mastering effective communication to thriving in diverse and inclusive environments. As a catalyst for change, I help them navigate the complexities of leadership development with ease. As a seasoned administrator of multi-million-dollar state and federal programs, I am known for my expertise in strategic planning, program and policy implementation, community engagement, and team building which provides a solid foundation for my coaching and consulting practices.

As the Leader’s Thought Partner, I offer more than guidance—I provide a partnership that supports organizations and individuals in optimizing practices for growth, and leveraging evidence-based solutions to address performance gaps.

My mission is clear: to end the era of inadequate leadership and to cultivate leaders who are not only equipped to achieve organizational success but also committed to creating a positive impact on their teams and communities.
